- Competitive hourly pay ($12 – $15 per hour) with growth potential.

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and administer medication as directed by a physician’s order.
- Plan, prepare, and assist with nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living space, such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Provide companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities that enhance cognitive well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments or on outings, ensuring safe transport and support.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
- Adhere to all company policies and state regulations to maintain high standards of care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
- CPR and First Aid certification (assistance available for obtaining certifications).
- A compassionate, patient demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
