- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience, especially with seniors, is advantageous.
- CPR and First Aid certification (support for obtaining certification available).

- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation may be necessary for certain errands or appointments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Dependable work ethic and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Administer medications and manage schedules per physician’s orders.
- Prepare healthy, enjoyable meals while catering to specific dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized living environment with light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
- Offer emotional support and encourage a positive well-being.
- Monitor and report any significant changes in clients’ condition or behavior to the care team.
- Comply with company policies and state regulations to ensure exceptional standards of care.
